We do accept exchanges. However, please read the below terms and guidance carefully:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unworn, undamaged in its original brand bag and the metal security brand tags must be uncut

Request time: All exchange requests must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer your exchange.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Items may be exchanged and we provide shipping labels, however the customer is liable for the return shipping cost.

ALEXANDRINO is liable for the new shipping once determinated if you would like to exchange for a new piece o retouch sizing.

Our Recommendation: We recommend our customers contact us with any questions about the items they are looking to purchase (such as sizing, measurements, materials, garment care or advice on which colour to buy etc) before purchasing.

We want all our customers to be happy and confident with their order before purchasing, so to avoid returns and exchanges and therefore avoid additional costs we’re more than happy to assist you with your purchase.
