SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free DHL Express or Post Office worldwide shipping on all orders.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process and package your order.

Once your order is collected, express delivery times are usually: EU deliveries 3-4 days.

International orders, 6-8 days.

Please note: shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
